Professional-Grade Pump

A 140 gallon per hour high capacity pump engineered for the demanding requirements of misting systems. Atomizes chemical into fine mist particles and delivers consistent pressure throughout the nozzle circuit. Operating pressure of 180-230 PSI ensures proper chemical dispersion and coverage. Built for frequent daily cycling over 15-20+ year service life.

Industrial Motor

Heavy-duty motor designed specifically for outdoor conditions and frequent operation. Handles temperature extremes, humidity, and the repetitive cycling demands of automated misting systems. Engineered for longevity with proper maintenance, many motors continue operating reliably for decades.

Pressure Manifold

Precision-engineered manifold directs pressurized chemical from the pump to your nozzle circuit with consistent flow and improved pressure across all nozzles. Ensures even chemical distribution whether your system has 20 nozzles or 80. Chemical-resistant construction maintains performance despite continuous exposure to insecticides.

55-Gallon Chemical Reservoir

Chemical-rated poly-drum designed specifically for diluted insecticide storage. The reservoir holds enough product to provide weeks or months of protection between refills, depending on your system size and misting schedule. UV-resistant construction withstands years of outdoor exposure without degradation.

Misting System Controllers

The controller acts as the command center of a misting system. It is the component that tells the system when to operate, how long to run, and under what conditions to activate. Connected to the motor, pump, valves, and distribution lines, the controller manages the precise delivery of insecticide through the network of nozzles.

The controller allows the system to automatically dispense measured amounts of product on a programmed schedule and also enables manual activation when immediate control is needed. More advanced controllers incorporate features such as app-based programming, remote monitoring, diagnostic alerts, and integration with pressure monitoring and usage patterns.

In short, the controller transforms a misting system from a simple motor-pump-and-nozzle setup into a reliable, automated insect control solution.

  • The CoastalMister digital controller is the longstanding, field proven foundation of the CostalMister product line. Installed in thousands of systems across various residential and commercial applications, these systems have a reputation for reliable and dependable service.

  • In addition to all of the features of the analog hybrid system, our digital system also offers more options for mist cycle scheduling, allowing for more customization to your misting schedule and greater precision, as well as a service mode for tracking usage over time, and a periodic mode for custom mist cycle programming intervals for commercial applications.

    Each digital system also includes a long range remote control and a weather cover.

CoastalMister Analog Hybrid Misting System

  • The CoastalMister Analog Hybrid system combines some of the features of our digital systems with the simplicity of an analog interface.

  • Our analog hybrid system comes with our (above industry) standard 1/2HP motor and 140 gallon per hour pump, capable of operating up to 80 nozzles on a single system.

    This system also features a test mode, and options to program up to 4 mist cycles per hour, with activation times set at 15 minute intervals.

    Each analog hybrid system also includes a long range remote control and a weather cover.

    All of our misting systems are backed by a 2 year warranty.

CoastalMister Analog Base System

  • The CoastalMister basic analog system is the work horse of our product line. Built with very few features, these systems are meant to be a lower cost option to suit customers that just want to “set it and forget it”. The basic analog systems are popular in horse barns and other agricultural applications.

  • Our basic analog system comes with our (above industry) standard 1/2HP motor and 140 gallon per hour pump, capable of operating up to 80 nozzles on a single system.

    This system can program up to 4 mist cycles per hour, with activation times set at 15 minute intervals.

    These systems can be ordered with remote compatibility as an optional upgrade.
